Newsline

During my Screen and Media course, I worked as a director, Director's Assistant and vision switcher across several studio productions. In my Journalism course, I expanded my experience to include producing and presenting, taking on an on-camera role for a live news bulletin on Channel 31.

Newsline goes to air live on Channel 31. I worked on it in several roles.

As producer

• Assisted with the rundown for the show.
• Produced the Friday 5pm show shown above and appeared in it on camera as a reporter for RMIT News.

On camera

• Presented the weather.

In the control room

• Directed.
• Worked as a Director’s Assistant.
• Worked as a vision switcher.
